Terms and Conditions for Check Before Pay Service of Cash On Delivery (COD)
- The Check Before Pay service is available only for orders specified by Cash On Delivery payment method.
- If you select Cash On Delivery as a payment method, you or an authorized representative may open and inspect your order and return it immediately by informing the G2000 Thailand shipping provider that you will use this service when they arrive at the delivery location. If you are not present at that time, G2000 Thailand and the shipping provider will consider the person receiving the order at the delivery location as your authorized representative for using the Check Before Pay service and for accepting or rejecting your order delivery, without needing to verify whether that person is properly authorized.
- หากคุณใช้บริการตรวจสอบคำสั่งซื้อก่อนชำระเงินปลายทาง คุณตกลงที่จะปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้ (เงื่อนไขการตรวจสอบและคืนสินค้า):
- You will open and inspect your order in the presence of the shipping provider and permit a video recording during the opening of the order box. For information regarding the handling of this video, please refer to Privacy Policy.
- You will not open or damage the manufacturer's packaging, including seals or stickers. If you violate this condition, the order will be deemed successfully delivered, and you must pay for that order. However, you may still return and request a refund according to the Return and Exchange Policy.
- You will inspect the goods solely to confirm their correctness or identify defects. You will not test or use the goods. If you violate this condition, the order will be deemed successfully delivered, and you must pay for the order.
- You agree to accept proof of payment for the delivery service in the form of an electronic receipt (E-receipt) for the Cash On Delivery service.
- You confirm that your information, such as name, address, and phone number, is correct and can be used to issue an E-receipt for this service. G2000 Thailand and the shipping provider are not required to verify the accuracy of the information you provide.

- Not ordered
- Received items do not match what was ordered
- Items are defective
- If you reject the order after inspection, it will be deemed canceled, and you will not be entitled to a re-delivery. If you wish to continue with the purchase, you must place a new order on the website.

- Reject the entire order and, if still interested, place a new order. For example, if you have ordered four T-shirts and upon inspection find one defective or the wrong size, you must reject the delivery of all four T-shirts. If you still wish to buy the T-shirt, you must place a new order on the website; or
- Accept the entire order and submit a request for a refund according to the return policy.
- When placing an order, you must provide a name that matches the bank account name to facilitate refunds. If the names do not match, you must request a refund through G2000.co.th’s customer service, which may take longer than usual to process.
- Once you accept and pay for the order, you will not be able to use the Check Before Pay service again. If you wish to return the order, you must submit a request for a refund according to the return policy.
- The Check Before Pay service is an additional service of G2000.co.th and is subject to the Check Before Pay Service of Cash On Delivery Policy and other policies of G2000 Thailand. Please read the terms and policies carefully, as they contain important information regarding your rights and obligations. G2000 Thailand reserves the right to modify, improve, suspend, or cancel this service at any time and will notify you in advance as required by law.
